Description
This European manufactured continuous band sealer has an inclined design, specifically designed to handle medium to large bags that require sealing whilst laying down. This sealer has a variety of adjustable features which makes it another versatile option for your business. This band sealer has a date/ batch number ink printer, allowing you to print up to 2 lines and 15 letters per line on the seal area. The integrated conveyor belt can also be adjusted. Capable of heat sealing at up to 300 C°, this machine is capable of sealing most materials used in flexible packaging. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including a cool down function. The sealing speed can be varied to suit the application, and the conveyor will handle weights up to 16kg, closing with an 8-10mm seal.
