Description
This Continuous Free standing Horizontal Band Sealer with gas flushing is suitable for small to medium sized bags and adopts an electronic constant temperature control system and speed adjusting transmission mechanism. This easy to operate band sealer allows gas to be filled into the pouch before sealing. This helps to keep the product fresher for longer and protects any brittle products from breaking. It can seal plastic films of various materials, such as PE, PP, Aluminum foil and paper. This band sealer is ideal if your work area does not have space for the table top band sealer, as it is mounted on a strong steel stand with wheels. Not only is this band sealer compact but is also fixed with a date/ batch number embosser, allowing you to print up to 2 lines and 15 letter per line on the seal area. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including a cool down function. The sealing speed can be varied to suit the application, and the conveyor will handle weights up to 5kg, closing with a 15mm seal. Gas is not supplied with the Band sealer, this must be purchased separately.
